The rooms here are super spacious and look brand-new. Plus, they come with a bathroom and a kitchen 🛁🍳.

We were able to check in earlier than expected which really helped our itinerary run smoothly for our first trip to the N.O. jazz fest.

Wish they could have offered a real breakfast not just granola bars and coffee We arrived early and really needed to use the restroom but was told by staff that there was not a restroom in the lobby area. So had to drive to the local mall fortunately it wasn't too far away.

I was happy with hotel's good and great location close to downtown. Location: the property was right by City Park, several eating places, and airport. I enjoyed nearby Baja Nola, they make nice coffee.

The hotel here is quite clean, and the staff is consistently polite at checkout, plus there are plenty of breakfast options available.

Cleanliness. The rooms were not clean smelling and the shower was a mess and barely able to operate. Too many pets and not enough rights for non pet people who pay the bill.

Our entire experience was better than we expected. It's definitely a good hotel if you are looking to not spend much. It's a decent stay for a small trip, I'd recommend it to others. The location was perfect, it's only 17 minutes from downtown New Orleans & right up the street from the lakeside mall & several food options,

Surprised by what we got for the money! Rooms were very small, beds were small and room was dated and not very clean. Sheets were stained, towels were of poor quality, room said not smell fresh. Doors had gaps across the top where the door didn't even meet the door casing. For the same amount of money I have stayed at Embassy Suites in Franklin TN and Little Rock, AR. The rooms were clean, nice and spacious, and included housekeeping. The facility had more amenities included gym, pool, hot tub, full breakfast and cocktails included. We chose Metairie in lieu of downtown New Orleans for less expensive accommodations; however, I feel this room was worth about $59 a night!

They do not clean rooms you have to take your dirty towels to the front desk to get more. Room had someone's left over chips still in the cabinet and water bottles by the bed they don't clean well.

Convenient location just 3 miles from a popular shopping mall 🛍️. The place is modern and makes for a nice stay.

The fact that housekeeping cost $5.00 if we wanted our room clean. The employee that was there upon check-in could not even log into the system and had to call another employee back to work for assistance...

1. Upon check-in the clerk could not even log in to do his job. 2. We were told that housekeeping was not included and we had to pay the housekeeping staff $5.00 to clean our room.

The hotel was a comfortable base for enjoying the decent area around New Orleans. The room was a nice size, and having a bathroom and kitchen was a nice touch.

Location of the property.

The room was really dusty, the shower curtain was dirty and there were dirty towels on the bathroom when we got in our room. Lastly, the sheets were not clean nor the pillowcases or pillows.

My reservation was booked in advanced, maybe two weeks. I got there and my room was not available. I drove all the way from Memphis and had to wait. I also had to pay an extra 20$ for a mistake that was on their behave, because the room had double beds I had to pay extra. Never would I recommend this hotel.
